Today, I used my brand new @yoyogaga_pilates reformer to do my all-time favourite exercise, be it mat, reformer, chair, or springwall. This exercise never fails to challenge your strength, precision, breath control, concentration, and flow. It's a full body exercise that anyone can do from a beginner to an advanced practitioner.
