My first pilates chair, still have to train on it some more, but it is a firm and sturdy machine, i will have fun with it.
The chair is good and sturdy. The only caveat is regarding putting in and taking out the springs. The place to attach the springs to the chair (at the back) is not practical. It requires strength to remove them. I didn't like that. It should be more practical, easy to put in and take out the springs for exercising.
